Customised Training

Design Your Own Workshop

A major part of our profile are the customised training workshops commissioned by specific organisations such as schools, polytechnics, private training establishments, outdoor centres, private companies, alternative education providers and community groups.

These workshops involve a detailed needs analysis and comprehensive design and delivery for individual staff teams in workplaces. Organisations have found these to be particularly useful as they are targeted and designed specifically for the learning needs and interests of their work setting and client group.

The content of these workshops can either be a blend of several of our existing workshops or in another specific area of interest where we will research and design a training package for you. We recommend a minimum of 6-8 people, with similar training needs attend each workshop to make this service a cost-effective option for your organisation. PANZ has expertise in the following areas:

  • Incorporating Experiential Learning into the Design and Delivery of programmes
  • Facilitating Learning
  • Focussing on Challenging Groups
  • Managing Group Dynamics
  • Therapeutic Use of Adventure
  • Group/Team Development

Custom Designed...

The first stage is a needs analysis where we will spend time discussing with you the issues you wish to address relevant to your workplace. Together with you we then generally select a range of topics and content areas to include in the training.
We have a wide range of content available and this can be selected from any of our public workshops and from the list of sample topics included below. Once we have had this initial discussion we will then design a draft training package and forward it to you to critique. This will continue until we are both convinced that we have a training programme that will closely match your perceived training needs.
At PANZ we pride ourselves on the fact that in every case we have exceeded the expectations of our clients.
