WORKSHOP GUARANTEE: We intend to make every effort to run every workshop we advertise. To endorse this intention we agree that if any workshop you have paid your enrolment fee for is cancelled, we will allow you to enrol a colleague of your choice to attend the next PANZ workshop you attend for NO CHARGE to them.

PANZ will confirm your enrolment within 7 days of receiving your fully completed enrolment.
Notice of cancellation of a workshop, will be provided at least 10 days prior to the commencement of the workshop. In this event PANZ will either refund or credit in full any enrolment fee received, or action the workshop guarantee at your discretion.
To confirm your placement on a workshop, PANZ must receive your enrolment fee in full before commencement of the workshop.
